Monday:
Adult Fitness Class – 5pm – 6pm
Tuesday:
Adult Fitness Class – 6pm – 7pm
Friday:
Adult Fitness Class – 5pm – 6pm
Saturday:
Adult Fitness Class – 9am – 10am
Sunday:
Adult Fitness Class – 9am – 10am
Open gym time is available to do programmed workouts if class times do not work. Fitness classes will also have access to pick-up basketball times as they are released.

Time for a Basketball Fitness Class
Basketball Fitness Classes at B-Ball Games combine cardio, strength, and basketball moves into one dynamic 60-minute workout.
At the end of the workout, you will be dripping with sweat and asking for more.
Working out is more fun when you’re playing, and in this case, you’ll be getting in shape while having fun on a basketball court.
The workouts are varied but always include a basketball component in every section. Sample workout class activities may include:
- Dynamic warmup with basketball moves
- Strength, Tabata, HIIT
- Conditioning incorporating basketball
- Air-bike, battle ropes, sandballs, Concept-2 Rower
- Jump rope, body-weight strength training
- Final group basketball competition
Every class workout is different. Varied workouts ensure you won’t get bored and that you’ll be committed to a workout that will deliver results.

Fitness Classes at BBall Games
B-Ball Games currently offers three Basketball Fitness Classes per week. As the classes gain popularity, we will work our way up to ten classes per week. The classes are for men and women, any age, any level. We invite you to come and try a class for free.
We offer a monthly class plan, $55 per month, for as many classes as you’d like to take. Open gym time is available as well. No contract, just pay per month. Come experience another way to enjoy basketball!
