The Story

Built First in Colorado

The Basketball Social House was created around a simple belief: basketball makes people gather differently.

It gives people something to do, something to watch, something to compete around, and something to share.

So we built the first version here in Colorado — not as a theory, but as a real place for real guests.

We opened the doors, listened, adjusted quickly, and kept improving.

That process shaped what The Basketball Social House is today: a social house built around private suites, courts, youth programs, adult leagues, events, watch parties, food, drinks, and community.

The Founders

The Basketball Social House was founded by Jimmy Bemis and Matt Barnett, two founders who grew up in Colorado and shared a belief that basketball could create a better kind of social experience.

Colorado was the natural place to build the first location because this is home. It gave us the chance to create, test, improve, and prove the concept in the community we know best.

From the beginning, the concept has required more than courts and food. It has required basketball programming, hospitality, brand development, marketing systems, technology, digital guest experiences, and a model that can keep improving.
